Basic Training
A one-to-one, 2 'hands-on' training programme including Surfing the World Wide Web, E-Mail, Newsgroups and Internet Relay Chat
Full Training
A comprehensive 2 hour "hands-on" training programme covering all aspects of Internet use (web, e-mail, Search engines, Newsgroups, IRC, Telnet, FTP etc)
